Armed Forces Families

Families of those currently serving also face their own employment challenges. Frequent moves, periods of separation and the need for flexibility can make it difficult to build a stable or fulfilling career. Through Lifeworks, we support spouses and family members with tailored advice, coaching and practical employability support – helping them build confidence, overcome barriers and move forward into roles that fit their lives and ambitions.

Through Lifeworks, we recognise the strength, flexibility and transferable skills that families of those serving bring with them. Our programme offers tailored advice, one‑to‑one coaching and practical employability support designed to fit around family life. We take the time to understand individual goals, experience and challenges, helping family members identify realistic career pathways and move forward with confidence.

From confidence‑building and CV support to guidance on training and flexible employment, Lifeworks provides the encouragement, tools and opportunities needed to secure meaningful work that fits both personal ambitions and family commitments.
