Our Programme
This employment programme has been designed for veterans and their families and aims to help with all aspects of an individual’s search and move into training and work. It is also a great source for Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on how to achieve career goals, work on career direction and improve self-efficacy.
The programme, centred around a 4-day course, is extremely flexible and can adapt to the needs of any person on the programme, including existing work or childcare commitments.
Our award-winning employment programme, designed specifically for the armed forces and military families, empowers individuals to confidently move into training and employment. It supports every stage of the journey – from exploring career options and setting clear goals, to building the skills and a 12 month follow up programme.

Our dedicated Lifeworks team has vast experience in helping veterans and families of serving military personnel achieve their career goals. The team has skills from various backgrounds, including experienced psychologists, careers consultants and ex-military welfare officers. Whatever support you require, we are well placed to ensure you have our full, professional support.
