Steve leads the Armed Forces Employment Support team having spent 24 years in the military – serving in the British Army. He has experience of many of the challenges that face the Armed Forces community.

Lesley-Jane is our Employment Support Coordinator and a veteran of 22 years’ service. She also brings significant experience from the welfare to work sector & a passion for the service community.
Employability Trainer / Coach
Employability Trainer & Coach
Nigel served as both a police officer and a prison officer and has over 20 years experience delivering training in the workplace with a strong emphasis on helping people realise their potential. Nigel prides himself on setting a relaxed atmosphere while delivering professional and focused LifeWorks sessions and he understands the qualities and excellent work ethic veterans bring to a new career.
Linda is a qualified Careers Adviser & works with delegates to support them to make well-informed & realistic decisions about their future employment. Linda also advises adults for The National Careers Service & trains careers advisers.
Harvinder is a Vocational Assessor who provides careers advice and guidance on the course via the use of psychometric assessments. He studied BSc Psychology at the University of Birmingham followed by MSc Work Psychology and Business at Aston University.
James has worked in assessment and rehabilitation for over 25 years and the author of a number of books and computer programmes within this field. He served as a reserve soldier with the Royal Corp of Transport for 5 years.
